MY NAME IS BETTIE WILLIAMS. MY HOUSE WAS FLOODED IN 1999 IN HURRICANE FOLYD. IT HAD TO BE GUTTED OUT COMPLETELY AND THE LITTLE FEMA MONEY WAS NOT ENOUGH SO I WAS GIVEN A LOAN THAT HAS NOW MADE USDA WANT TO COME TAKE MY HOUSE BACK WHEN AM AM DOWN TO $38,000. WELL THE PROBLEM IS I AM DISABLED AND ONLY GET A CHECK FOR $646 A MONTH. AND CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY THE OVER $1000 THEY ARE ASKING FOR A MONTH. I NEED HELP MY HOUSE IS ALMOST PAID FOR. I NEED YOUR HELP IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, HELP ME KEEP THIS HOUSE. AND FINISH GROWING OLD IN IT. PLEASE HELP.
